London’s exclusive Bombay-inspired café Dishoom has chosen NFS Technology’s Aloha café EPOS software to streamline service at all its London locations.

Dishoom, with prestigious café sites in Shoreditch, Covent Garden and Kings Cross, draws upon heritage and tradition to create with all-day menus that pay homage to the delicious food of Bombay.

With the business growing, the Dishoom management team wanted to find a restaurant EPOS software system to create tighter control and mobility as well as organising staff and maintaining a quality guest experience.

Full operational management
